    陈添记鱼皮

    陈添记的鱼皮,已经远近驰名了。
     
    陈添记係宝华路的一条小巷里面。陌生人初看,不知道陈添记历史的,还以为这是一间普通的大排挡。当你一走近,就会看到挂在门口已经开始发黄的获奖证书,招牌的字还是店家自己写的,非常的具有历史渊源和特色!陈添记开店20多年,在这附近早已是街知巷闻了。
     
    “陈添记做鱼皮的方法依然坚持用祖传的:手工去皮,飞水,然后用自家酿的酱油来调配。陈添记用鲮鱼和鱼做材料,鲮鱼入味容易,鱼口感爽脆。富含骨胶元的鱼皮对皮肤有很好的功效,配以自家做的酱料,口感爽而利口,无腥味!”
     
    不过价钱可能比一碟普通菜贵一点,如果还没升价,那还要15……不过听讲已经升到20了。呵呵。
     
    最重要的一点係,就连平时见到鱼皮都惊的我,都好中意咁整的鱼皮。
     
    而且,仅此一间。
